Before my partner and I had spoken to Paul at MMT financial we were daunted by the whole process of buying our first home and getting a mortgage. Brokers we had spoken to previously would ask for absurd amounts of information about us and documents before we'd even be able to get mortgage figures. Fortunately, the moment I spoke to Paul he made the whole process so clear and easy for us, not only was he able to produce a quote and decision in principal for us the same day, he also had access to the best interest rates on the market by far compared to other lenders. It took us two years to find our first home yet Paul consistently provided us with figures for several different properties as and when we found them, it was never too much trouble. He was always happy to help and provide advice and figures for us promptly. When we finally found our first home, Paul made the whole process seamless with the mortgage, making it very clear what we needed to provide him and where to sign documents, etc. From what I thought would be a stressful process had actually become quite straight forward and we were always met with kind and helpful customer service from both Paul and his staff. MMT Financial are very friendly, professional and efficient and I would strongly recommend them. Paul has also looked after many of my colleagues who have been met with the same excellent customer service and competitive rates.

Duncan and Olivia helped us set up our first mortgage, they were greatly helpful and informative throughout the whole process. After being messed around for 7 months by another company we got in contact with Duncan who after a few forms and a couple of days had a Mortagage in principle ready for us. He then guided us through the whole process and advised us on other aspects, including life insurance and home protection, which made it all so easy and stress free. Couldn’t recommend them any more, amazing company and the best costumer service!
